Federal law — specifically INA §384 (8 U.S.C. §1367) — prohibits any federal, state, or local government entity from disclosing information about a VAWA petitioner without their written consent. This means USCIS cannot share your case information with your abuser.

As a VAWA service organization, we are bound by the same federal confidentiality requirements. Our team is trained on these obligations and takes them seriously.

Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. Communications sent through this website and via WhatsApp are encrypted in transit.

No digital system is 100% secure. If you have safety concerns about digital surveillance, we encourage you to use a trusted device that your abuser does not have access to, and to clear your browser history after visiting this site.

Your Rights

Children's Privacy
